"Appalling Stay – Unsanitary, Poor Maintenance, and Administrative Chaos I stayed in on March 2nd and it was a disaster from start to finish. Redundant Data Collection: They sent a link prior to check-in requesting passport and credit card details. However, upon arrival, I had to provide everything again. It raises serious concerns about why they are collecting sensitive data if it isn't used for check-in. Poor Communication: Five minutes after entering, the reception called twice (the phone was broken/silent). Suddenly, staff appeared at the door to check for leaks. Disgusting Hygiene: All four mugs/glasses in the room were filthy with visible coffee and drink stains. I had to scrub them myself before use. Maintenance Failure: The AC unit was improperly installed and covered in thick dust, which fell in clumps when turned on. Furthermore, the bathroom exhaust fan would not turn off despite using the switch, causing loud noise throughout the entire night. Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness and sleep quality."
