「The condo had potential, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially considering we paid ₱18,000+ per night. Check-in was unnecessarily delayed due to missing registration documents and poor coordination. The unit needed better cleaning and maintenance. The blankets and couches smelled strongly of sweat/mustiness, the unit and bathroom smelled moldy, the water initially came out yellow, and the outdoor chairs were heavily rusted. There were also no AC remotes and no shampoo or...

There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access...

「Staff are nice but the property needs major renovation. I’m very sorry but the room is dark , smells bad . Lots of dogs , no internet . We left after we saw the room .. the way to the beach have pieces of woods ( there’s construction going on) this resort should not operate yet until it’s renovated. It’s too pricey , I won’t even book this for 500 pesos. I payed for 85$/ day for a room. Called the management for a refund they said they will email me back but haven’t received any yet. Just...
