"We loved our stay at Hideaway as a family of 4. The rooms were newly renovated and had everything we needed, excellent playground complete with sandpit and trampoline for the kids, as well as the friendly Alpacas we could hand feed right in the backyard. The location was so convenient to Fairy Springs attractions, supermarket and central Rotorua. Thank you for accommodating our little sausage dog too :)"
"Very unhappy about arriving the house to find it hadn't been serviced rotten food in the oven so we didn't dear use the oven the entire stay
Had to clean all the plates and cups cutlery. The house had a musty smell that no matter how much you sprayed air freshener. Also was unaware that they had 2 other accommodation on the property which meant we had to share property with strangers . Only good thing about this house was the bathroom shower. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Feel I should get some of my money back as the other family ended up going home after 1 day . "
"The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would have a more clean invitation right from parking your vehicle to walking into the property. We would have no complaints. The converted garage to sleepout we booked was an ok stay. "
