" Reception staff friendly and helpful. Offered to upgrade my room to a newer and larger one to avoid an early check-in charge but they came out ahead anyway. Since I didn't know what my original room would have been, I couldn't compare. Room was spacious and clean but quite spartan. Also well-lit. Bed was extremely comfortable. Could have used some washcloths and another hand towel. Shower can use a shelf or something for soap and shampoo. And the refrigerator needed defrosting!!! I found the advertising of 24-hour airport shuttle misleading. My flight wasn't scheduled to depart until 3pm so I wasn't expecting to have to leave at 10am after checkout. This is especially after I'd cancelled a booking at another facility that had a 10am dropoff. Extra charge if I wanted to leave later. Turns out the 24 hours refer to pickup and not dropoff. Overall rating would be a 3.5, primarily because of reception staff and good-sized room."

"The staff are always helpful. We are only ever staying one night around flights from the airport. The property is quite old, but it's a good budget option for overnighting before or after a flight. I've already booked our next stay for a flight in May."

"In general looks refurbished. But the carpet had a different smell. Almost like wet dog. Room was clean. Bed is comfortable. The rest are fine except saw 2 cars parked differently and blocked/occupied 2 of parking spaces. "
