「Staff great, thermostat not working, too hot or pushing cold air. Fridge was turned off so hard to put food in fridge when warm! Hot tub not working , had sore back could not go in」

「Ceiling was crumbling, carpet was completely soaked from water dripping from ceiling, there was an unbearable smell of moisture in the room due to its humidity, ceiling pieces falling on the floor the room was dirty. When the maintenance guy came to check up on the room, he did not even bother cleaning up the mess from the crumbling ceiling. He gave me a can of Febreeze and took off.」
