「Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, even sheets and pillows were clean and brand new fresh. Staff was fantastic, friendly very accomidating. Pet friendly , we brought our 2 pomeranian. There was a dog park lake side walking distance. It was very quiet locarion but close to places to walk. Kitchen very clean, fridge, stove and microwave. Had great kitchen items for cooking Thank you for a lovely stay at your resort.」

「This is a lovely small villa as a part of a vineyard. The family who are running it are lovely. The rooms are large and comfortable with a jetted tub as well as a shower in the oversized bathroom. The view is nothing short of stunning, overcooking Osoyoos lake and the mountains on the opposite side of the valley. We will definitely stay here again. It is not in town but is a short 3 minute drive away from all the amenities you could need. 」

「The young man at the front desk that checked us in was very nice and explained things well. Our room was very nice and comfortable beds. The complementary breakfast is great. Lots of options. Eggs, hash browns, sausages, yogurts, bread, bagels, cereals, oj and more. The pool is small and unfortunately the water was a Rita’s to cool to enjoy. We would definitely stay again 」

「Very pet friendly, had no issues staying with my two dogs. They have a beautiful garden/gazebo where pets can play and you can hang out, there’s a BBQ as well and fresh herbs. The rooms have smart TVs so you can use Netflix etc., and they were very clean, including the bathroom. The double bed rooms have kitchenettes so all small appliances, dishes, cutlery are available which was very nice. On top of that, the amazing owners, Allison and her husband are so insanely kind. They really put hard...

「The top floor room was over-warm overnight and the AC, while efficient, was too noisy to leave running. Leave your window open 24/7 and ignore the traffic noise with earplugs...」

「Room - smelled of pets, bed had hairs in it, bedcover & pillow had stains on it, shower did not drain and shower curtain dirty also grime in the corners of the bathroom, not even one hook to hang a jacket or any clothing on and both bedside plug ins or bedside lamps did not work. Other than that the room had been freshly painted, exterior door was new, grounds were nice and check-in guy was friendly. Good for RVs not for motel stay. 」

「预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。」
