「Everything was great with the exception of the floor which needed a wash.」

「The pictures don’t do the property justice! It’s a beautiful home with lots of updated charm. The beds are large and comfortable in both rooms. The shower is awesome! Nothing beats that view off the balcony though! It’s absolutely stunning! The street is quiet and neighbors are kind. The location feels quiet and more secluded but it is within 10 mins of everything fun to do downtown! I would suggest parking your car there to secure a spot in front of the building and taking a Lyft...

「The house was very well marked and easy to find as well as get into. Communication with the owner was immediate as well. Enjoyed our stay」

「Wonderful experience overall. The hotel quality, amenities, staff are all top notch and I recommend it to anyone traveling and staying in the downtown area. The hotel offers a great boutique hotel experience, great dining at The Gwynn restaurant for dinner, cocktails and breakfast and many options nearby also. Much prefer this option over large chain hotels, even the upper end hotels (JW, AC, etc).」

「员工服务非常周到！」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「房間乾淨，環境整潔，交通方便，早餐也算豐富! 周邊走路就有好的餐廳及景點走走，值得推薦!」

「Restaurant can be cleaner. Window view of room 208 is totally blocked. 」

「This is the first time we've stayed here since the remodel-it was well worth it. Everything was neat and clean, the rooms are well furnished and complete with "final touches" that really show customer experience was thought through when they remodeled. This is a wonderful stay and their prices are very reasonable for this location. The only thing I can say negatively is the breakfast could be better (breads weren't very fresh and not much fruit or yogurt type of options), but it was fine for a...

「Breakfast was too micromanaged」
