I specifically stated to the concierge that I had 2 dogs, which she told me was $30 per dog $60 total and I said ok and paid it, when I went to check out I saw that I had an extra $20 charge so I asked about it as I was checking out and the same person who checked me in, told me oh it’s because you have big dogs. 「We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a room for five people, but instead of enjoying our stay,we had to deal with bugs all night. Couldn't sleep this was not just unpleasant, it was a serious cleanliness and health concern. Unacceptable!!」

「The Best Room I Stayed In All Week !! First of all, It's HUGE ! Everything Spotlessly Clean. - 'Loved the slide out table / desk area. Receptacles everywhere ! The shower was perfect, though water did run under the curtain. - The Bed (even though a challenge for short people) was SO Wonderful, I caught up on my sleep :-) Thank You For This Experience !」

「Great overnight stay and morning breakfast is excellent and staff was awesome!」

「El lugar y la ubicación excelente, desayuno excelente tambn , todo súper bien , el cuarto no estaba tan limpio, el baño y su espejo no lució muy limpio, habían cabellos que se notaba que no habían limpiado bn. 8/10」

「Great place, vibrant modern and comfortable. Just let down by the typical lame American breakfast with poor choice, quality and throw away everything.」

「The room was a nice size, yet the cleaners NEVER not once came in to clean the room. I stayed a total of 3 nights, the bed was never made, the garbage was never emptied. One of the cleaners asked if I needed anything, and I just thought that would have meant extra towels. Never thought that I would have to ask them to empty the garbage. The staff at the desk were friendly. When I first went into the room, I noticed the sliding door to the closet and bathroom was stuck and would not close....

「The staff were amazing. The sweetest ever!」

「被单有破洞，员工都很棒，洗衣设施很好，附近有超市，美食很多，停车场很大，阳台风景超级棒，提供早餐水果」

「Breakfast was just waffles, toast, yougurt or cereal. no fruit, eggs, etc.」

「Cozy cabin room, very comfortable」
