Bijzonder onvriendelijke ontvangst. Eigenaresse was onaardig en ongeïnteresseerd. Ontbijt om 07:30 was niet mogelijk maar op de kamer lag infop dat het wel kon. Prima locatie t.o.v. de Bezienswaardigheden. Erg schone kamer. Gratis onbewaakte parkeerplaats is 400 meter lopen. Wij gaan hier niet meer terug.

Ein sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage. Saubere, ruhige Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, hoteleigener Parkplatz... es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Extra Lob an das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wiederkommen

Very good

The location is very god, in the midle of the town near by the famous bridge. The hotel has its own place for parking. The staff is very pleasant and service-minded. Bountiful breakfast table. Really a hotel I can recommend!

The hotel was conveniently located near the rail/bus station and the centre. This made visits to the Old Town/Bridge and surrounding places of interest very easy.

4 staircases, no elevator to the upper room. they offered to carry our luggage but the staff gave a bit confused inpression so we declined. A very talkative and a bit confused lady in the reception kept asking the same question over and over again. Another staff kept talking bosnian to us even though we told him several times we don´t understand. Room was great (clean and comfortable bed) but a bit small. The dining room had a bit peculiar interior but It was fun. Thankful for it not beeing all "white and fresh"

大満足

今回は5泊。2度目の滞在でしたが、大満足です。 エレベーターがありませんが、荷物はホテルの人が運んでくれます。 スタリモストまで徒歩10分。ホテルの前にはカフェ、スーパー。となりのにはベーカリー。 ホテル周りにはなんでも揃っています。 ホテルスタッフも毎回とっても親切です。

Boa localização.

Chegamos ao Hotel por volta das 14 horas e nos pediram para retornar as 15. Chegamos as 17 horas e um senhor nos atendeu super mal, dizendo que a habitação não estava pronta. Havíamos deixado nossa bagagem e um outro funcionário disse que nos acompanharia até o quarto e foi repreendido pelo primeiro. Nos acompanhou e pediu desculpas pelo atendimento. O Senhor que nos atendeu primeiramente, queria de imediato, o Pagamento da diária correspondente. Efetuamos o pagamento e solicitamos o comprovante de pagamento. Com relutância nos deu um recibo, sem aualquer identificação nossa ou mesmo do hotel. Lastimável! O café da manhã é bom, bem como a localização do hotel.

This hotel staff went out of their way to be accommodating. We were a group of nine and they treated us as individuals with separate needs. Our rooms were spacious, with plenty of room to move between tea table, three beds, and a balcony view of the river. With a mini-kitchen, you can stay in these rooms for a week and feel at home. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Parking is available for a fee. When I return to Mostar, I will stay at Hotel Pellegrino, mostly for the outgoing staff.

Wunderschönes großes Hotelzimmer mit zwei großen, sehr bequemen Betten. Wir waren im 4.Stock und hatten von unserem Balkon aus einen phantastischen Blick auf Mostar!

One night only..

Not an easy place to find and even the locals directed us the wrong way..We were warmly welcomed and offered a drink but then the manageress was dealing with 2 incoming guests with some identification problem and we couldn't get to our room as we hadn't been given the key yet. Room was well appointed and the a/c was new and working well. We had booked hearing it was a good breakfast included but we had to leave very early in the morning and the hotel could not provide a packed breakfast so we forfeited it sadly with no compensation. We were told to avail ourselves of the mini-bar and leave the money - Mars bars twix and drinks were by-passed. The bakery round the corner was open at 6.00 as we passed. So though the hotel position in the middle of a pedestrian area and along from the bridges was well located we were disappointed overall. We were on the third floor with no lift as well - not good accessibility. So our stay was only OK.

NIce Family Run Hotel

Nice family run hotel that is apartment style with kitchenette. Great location to cafes and bridge in Mostar. One issue was the noisy aircon - it had to be turned off at night due to motor noise. Hosts were very friendly and helpful re carparking and a guide to local area. Mostar was a one night stay on our journey to Dubrovnik so Pellegrino was good choice for short stay.

Stay away! Scary people working in this hotel

The women who greeted was very very rude. She called my son not normal because he took his shoes and sat on the bed. She said if your boy does something to the room ( we were not sure why she meant) we will pay for it. The breakfast was ending at 10:30, we came down exactly at that time and women said “no more, don’t touch anything, you are late” even though no one was there. Stay somewhere else if you can. it was the worst experience of our entire trip.

Excelente hotel

Gostamos muito do Hotel Pelegrino, pela localização excelente,perto da rua principal,de todas as atrações, do comércio ,supermercado e vários restaurantes. O hotel tem uma decoração interessantíssima, extremamente limpo e bem cuidado. Lençóis excelentes e muito brancos, toalhas mudadas todos os dias. Mas o que nos agradou demais foi o maravilhoso buffet do café da manhã. Culinária árabe deliciosa e internacional. Completissima e linda a disposição da mesa do buffet. Gostaria de falar também da gentileza de todos , infelizmente não lembro dos nomes, apenas do Azer que no recepcionou tarde da noite com alegria e um drink de boas vindas. Recomendo a todos.

Good stay at old town

Location is between the old town and the main train / bus station where most traveller would arrive in town. A short walk of about 10 minutes to either. Exterior of the building and the entrance is not really impressive, but the hotel interior and rooms are well furnished. Rooms are really spacious, with large kitchen area and sitting area. Complimentary breakfast is very good and lots of specialty items. Welcome drink is given at check-in. Staff is friendly and can give suggestions & directions to restaurants and attractions. Do note that payment in cash is required.

Un hôtel pratique et accueillant

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel Pellegrino, et ce séjour a contribué à rendre notre passage à Mostar très agréable. L'hôtel est au coeur de la ville, à deux pas des endroits à visiter. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner et abondant et très bon. Mais surtout, nous avons été magnifiquement accueillis par un hôtelier charmant qui nous a renseignés de manière utile sur tout ce qu'il y avait à faire d'intéressant. Un excellent souvenir et un établissement à recommander!
