"The hotel was booked and paid for, but they overbooked and refused the stay at check-in. Since then, no refund has been confirmed, even though multiple follow-ups have been made."

"we stayed here because we were participating in the Kili marathon. the hotel was extremely conveniently located, less than 5 mins walk from the stadium. Paschal in particular was so helpful, communicating with me in advance of our arrival to make sure we had everything we need. the one problem we had was that dinner was quite slow, this was because they were busy due to the marathon the next day. Paschal and his team were very apologetic about it and offered us complimentary drinks. we declined but he did also arrange for us to have a later check out after the marathon at no extra cost. we will definitely stay at B&B Hotel next time we are running the Kilimanjaro Marathon!
