Decent hotel for the price. Great location! However, there was loud music playing somewhere on the street outside in a bar or just someone was basking all night. I really had difficulty sleeping

Localization is the best, in the heart of Moscow downtown, one block from the Bolshoi , the metro, and the most important museums, historical buildings, shopping, restaurants and monuments, in in the corner of two of the most important and best pedestrian avenues of Moscow. Rooms are comfortable and clean, people working in service are very nice and supportive. Good quality and low price balance. Going back to Moscow I surely will be again in the same hotel. If you are arriving in the night it would be a quite difficult to find the entrance for the first time, it is a small door of glass shared with other restaurants and gym in the same building. The hotel would inform it in their webpage, how to find the entrance, putting a photo, for example.

The location of this hotel is amazing, and thestaff was very pleasant and tried their best. There was noise in the weekend from the club in the same building but that's not their fault. The reason I quickly moved out was because of the smell in the bathroom. The bathroom had a very, and I mean, VERY foul odor coming from the sink, you just couldn't be there for more than a minute and nothing masked that smell. I asked to change room but unfortunately they were booked so I left after 2 days.

Не советую!

Впечатления самые худшие! За стеной отеля находится клуб, звукоизоляция ужасная, музыка и басы долбят всю ночь! При бронировании написано что есть парковка, по факту ее нет, пришлось проехать 2 больших круга, пока нашли место парковки. Хотя при бронировании ориентировались на то парковка есть.

No windows in the room, no ac for the whole hotel. Staff did bring a fan, but it really did not help much. Smelt like cigarettes on our room, even though we had a non smoking room. A restaurant, night club next to us, so music until 5am-terrible if you’re a bad sleeper…

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. In a room without windows it smelled of canalization, it was disgusting. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere. To change the situation, you will be offered to move to a room more expensive and PAY a new one for it. Disrespectful attitude towards you in everything. The money was not returned to us for the days we had not lived. We asked them to return our money and in return they give you a form, fill it out and no results. BEWARE and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Плюсы и минусы за несколько поездок.

Часто остаюсь в этом отеле и селю друзей. В первую очередь потому что он симпатичный, в центре и недорогой. Из минусов — плохая звукоизоляция с коридором (а от окон шума не так много). В последнюю поездку ночью за стенкой делали ремонт, сославшись на то, что «главный инженер разрешил». Это конечно верх глупости и полное отсутствие чувства такта. Надеюсь, что такого больше не будет. В целом рекомендую к посещению.

Amazing location!

Our was great! Everything clean! The location is amazing! A little noisy outside during the night, but for young couples it’s no problem at all. Nice pub and restaurant on the ground floor.

Veldig fint opphold og utrolig sentralt. Hotellet ligger i en dyr og eksklusiv gate så det er veldig fint. Vanskelig å finne frem til hotellet da det ikke finnes en hoveddør, men en felles dør for hotellet og tre andre ting. Det burde stå i formasjon om hvilken dør man skal se etter med hvilke skilt i nærheten. det luktet også kloakk fra doen hele tiden så det var kvalmt. Men ellers fint og rent og hyggelig staff.

Great once past checkin.

Other than the unwelcoming front desk experience it was a great place. I don’t expect western or European style hospitality in Russia, but this was poor even by Russian standards. The location is great.

Basic, well located, but EXTREMELY noisy. Asked for room change but was told that there is no hope of having a quiet room, as bands/noise surround the property. Also, it was very hard to find entrance, even with assistance from local neighboring businesses. Entrance is a small side door with minimal/small/light lettering, NOT main entrance of photo. Spacious room, minimal/nice service - would not return or recommend.

Terrible hotel. The breakfast is the worst! they bring it to you to your room, cold, coffee that they do not ask how you want it. There is no place to eat it. Just one chair and we were two in the room. They didn't clean the bathroom everyday. We have to ask for towels one of the days. And it was really loud on friday because in the surroundings there are many bars

В ванной из душевой кабины сильно пахнет канализацией. В номере было сломано окно, левый верхний угол не фиксировался в закрытом положении, обещали переселить на следующий день, тк был овербукинг. В итоге всю ночь просыпались от шума с Дмитровки, особенно, после того как народ начал разъезжаться с вечеринок и около 4-5 утра водители сигналили не переставая. На следующий день информацию о необходимости переселения не передали на рецепцию и вместо переселения вопрос был решён радикально: створка была вкручена саморезом в раму)

The location is very central to all sights however there are very loud bars and nightclubs underneath the hotel rooms and even in the same floor of the rooms that would continue to play very loud music all night! The hotel is located on the 3rd floor only of the building! It was difficult to find the entrance upon arrival as it’s not clearly marked! The rooms are very compact and there isn’t any aircondioning in the room so it was very warm unless the windows are opened but then you have the noise from the bars and traffic!

Albergo di piccola dimensione, al secondo piano di un palazzo appena ristrutturato; molto accogliente e ben posizionato. Aspetto negativo un po' di l'umidita che trasuda dal muro attorno al piatto doccia, causata da una impermeabilizzazione evidentemente non adeguata, e l'impianto di condizionamento della stanza governato a livello centrale.
