Tiny room over a Pub

The listing is quite misleading. This is basically a room over a pub. Don't expect a hotel or a reception. No WiFi or any internet, even though listing states WiFi available. Room so small I couldn't open my suitcase. The location is central and staff are very friendly.

Good situation in Morzine. The room was tiny (it was a triple). The door to the balcony didn’t shut tight and there was no heating or hot water so the room was freezing. When we told a member of staff they said they’d tell the maintenance man. And interestingly in a hotel in France there didn’t seem to be any French-speaking staff
 The food was ok but nothing special. It was a very expensive, but mediocre place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it.

l'accueil trÚs moyen, alarme incendie qui se déclenche en pleine soirée, vraiment pas cool quand tu te lÚves à 5 h du matin. HÎtel trÚs bruyant à cause du bar et des portes qui claquent ou grincent. Literie et oreillers trÚs inconfortables. Grosse tache suspecte sur mon matelas. Aucun ménage dans notre chambre durant notre séjour. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hÎtel.

La chambre 8 est vraiment trop petite, on ne circule pas autour du lit de 140cm. Les fenĂȘtres donnent au dessus du bar. Petit dĂ©jeuner correct, mais si vous voulez un petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  l'anglaise, c'est en supplĂ©ment. On a garĂ© la voiture sur le parking et elle a Ă©tĂ© emboutie... Plus de cent euros pour cette chambre, ça ne les vaut pas...

Chambre ressemblant a un placard car tres petite, le couloir d acces a la chambre ne s allumais pas de suite, donc noir absolu et il fallais baisser la tete le plafond tres bas. Bruit jusqu e tard dans la nuit au niveau du bar. Niveau repas infecte,tout de l industriel .bref ,hotel et ( restaurant qui n en a pas l air) a eviter absolument. Payer 95 euros pour une nuitée et demie pension cet honteux.

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© sur le site expĂ©dia une chambre Ă  l’hĂŽtel sur les photos c’était une super chambre bien grande avec eux l’espace est arrivĂ© sur place on nous a donnĂ© une chambre de bonne sous les toits oĂč on pouvait mĂȘme pas faire le tour du lit donc je trouve ça quand mĂȘme lamentable qu’on loue des chambres comme ça dans un hĂŽtel mais vraiment c’est c’est ça vaut pas ça vaut mĂȘme pas un hĂŽtel deux Ă©toiles quoi en plus concernant les petits dĂ©jeuners c’était une petit dĂ©jeuner compris mais alors le petit dĂ©jeuner franchement il faut aller reprendre un petit dĂ©jeuner ailleurs parce que ce qui vous donne ou rien ça sert Ă  rien voilĂ  je suis trĂšs mĂ©content

The room was very small, but warm and spotlessly clean. Excellent powerful shower with plenty of very hot water. Bar/breakfast area smelled of drains. Breakfast was OK - bread/ham/cheese/jams/pastries etc - with an option to buy cooked breakfast. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, very welcoming. The bar had a nice vibe, was usually busy in the evenings. Great selection of drinks etc. Location good - a few mins walk to ski lifts, or buses stop just across the street.

HĂŽtel non recommandĂ© car situĂ© en haut d’un bar avec accueil fait au bar par des filles qui ne savent pas parler le français ni vraiment le comprendre 2chambres rĂ©servĂ©es lit double sommes retrouvĂ©s avec 2 petits lits!!!! Pas de volets ni rideaux occultants alors qu’il y a des illuminations accrochĂ©es au balcon qui clairent tte la nuit une douche inappropriĂ©e car la porte s’ouvre Ă  l’intĂ©rieure de la douche et si une personne venait Ă  faire un malaise on ne peut ouvrir!!! Super localisation

Super localisation en plein centre . Le restaurant est aussi trÚs bien. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 7h30 un peu juste quand on doit partir à 8h

Personnel pressĂ© et sourire absent. Nous avions l impression d ĂȘtre trĂšs dĂ©rangeants. DĂ©solĂ©e mais il fallait que je le dise. Au service du soir au resto, par contre les deux jeunes femmes Ă©taient agrĂ©ables. J.d.

Great Staff pity about the hotel.

This hotel is functional and the location is good. My room was small with no space between the single beds.I could not stand up in my shower, although there was plenty of hot water. For the money I paid it was very disappointing The bar area did not work for me, its a pub for locals, a hotel foyer, a stage for the band and a restaurant all blended into one. Basically a jack of all trades and master of none. The one redeeming feature is the staff. They were excellent. If only they had better facilities...

Very friendly

Stayed one night only and last minute booking, as we arrived early for one week of skiing. Very helpful giving us the ‘lay of the land’ in a new resort for us. Room was small for three people, but all ok.

HĂŽtel correct, sans plus !

HĂŽtel Ă  choisir si vous n'avez pas d'autre choix. Le personnel ne parle que trĂšs peu français, j'espĂšre donc pour vous que vous parlez anglais ! Chambre minuscule, oĂč le couloir ne fait pas plus de 1m80 de haut et le dĂ©dale entre les couloirs et les 3 Ă©tages sans ascenseur n'est pas pratique avec les valises.

Very small rooms , very expensive, no facilities

Rooms are very small, no where to sit except the bar area which is public. No lobby, very poor ski room, no elevator, no internet in rooms, very minimal breakfast. To summarize, you get minimum but you pay maximum. Definitely doesn't worth it.
