「A charming spot well located for the seaside town of St Vaast, and only 25 minutes from the Cherbourg ferry. A warm welcome from the hosts. Plentiful breakfast which can be taken outside. Spotlessly clean, very peaceful even though on a main road (hardly any traffic in the evening) Lovely gardens to sit in or even have a takeaway supper. Good value. Would definitely return.」

「Our stay was short but magical. Our room was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Our beakfast was ready and waiting for us with warm croisannts, bread and fresh fruit from her own garden! 「We spent 2 nights here in mid August and had an fantastic stay. My 10yr old Son is a WW2 enthusiast and in his own words "an amazing hotel with some really interesting relics, the room was fantastic and looked like a 1940s bedroom, would definitely stay again". Such a nice place to unwind after a day of sight seeing and the owners put up a great breakfast so youre ready for the next day! Cant wait to return!」

「This is a basic, budget hotel. It does exactly what is expected. The room was a good size. The beds were confortable and the bathroom perfectly functionable. It was a bit further out of town than expected, but walkable from the ferry terminaland bus station. There is a bus that goes straughts past tue door, but we made use of the hire scooters.」
