Blue Sail Inn
No A/C in the room. Even though a fan was provided, it was still a bit on the warm side. We could not leave the sliding glass door cracked open because the screen door did not lock. Since we were on the ground floor facing the sidewalk, we did feel safe leaving the screen door unlocked.

Ascot Suites
Difficult and stressful experience. Staff was not pleasant, there was no one around the front desk throughout the time I was there, showers were a little more than lukewarm, and management did very little to make it a better experience

The Landing at Morro Bay
Over-priced, given it was a spring break weekend. Property felt old. A hook on the bathroom wall completely fell off. One bed sheet was not clean, but we arrived late at night so the staff was all gone and nobody was there to help. Location is pretty good, but all the beach views will be on the hallway ...
