「So much better than the element! A/C could be cooler, disappointing when my house is cooler than a hotel. A hotel is a place to be as cold as you want. But both the Element and The Az control the temperature, and that’s not ok with me. The hotel is beautiful, but both hotels are off my list- only because of the Air conditioner being controlled」

「This is a bare minimum extended stay facility. Two, plates, forks, spoons, knives and glasses. You have to supply everything. Cook top but no pots or pans. You have to buy them? Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am in the whole hotel because of someone burning their microwave popcorn. No one on the property after 10pm. Extended our stay for two extra days and then our plans changed and we checked out a day early. NO REFUND. We will not be returning」
