「The hotel was great」

「Easy to approach many sight seeing spots and the staffs are friendly.」

「We called ahead to make sure the hot tub and pool were up and running because we wanted a hotel with a hot tub. The person who answered the phone said they were both up and running and available for use. After we checked in we found out the hot tub hadn’t worked in a while. Disappointing to say the least. Other than that our stay was pleasant. 」

「Good value hotel with great location for work down in Springfield. Nothing fancy but right by Capitol and Amtrak and easy to get to other downtown spots, friendly staff and good gym and breakfast included too. 」

「This is a no frills hotel. There is no microwave or fridge. We were just doing a night stop over while we were traveling. This was perfect for the price and met our needs. The bathtub needed washed out as there was residue in the tub but we weren’t taking a bath. 」
