「The superior apartment that I was booked into on the 19th floor was really good. The view from the bedroom balcony and the living room balcony was exceptional and was what I was looking for. My sleepless night was unfortunately due to my neighbor, running his TV at loud levels until 11 PM. The living area and TV is situated right behind the partitioning of the bedroom. 「Disabled room was not very accommodating. Breakfast was average, not many choices. Not safe to walk to beachfront.. Newish hotel ok for short stay.」

「On this occasion there was an administration error and the hotel rebooked us into a more expensive high end resort hotel to compensate us. This was completely hassle free and was very much appreciated. They carried all the costs. Nice! I have stayed in this hotel previously and it is a good quality, clean, safe hotel which is near by some excellent restaurants in Umhlanga Rocks. They obviously care about customer experience. 」

「Beautiful hotel however when u check in late and have no towels, room not set up properly and hot water doesnt work efficiently it doesnt make for a great stay. However housekeeping and reception did apologise and try to rectify the issues.」

「Our kids loved the different pool options, slides, playground, trampoline, and mini golf. The nature reserve walk right next door offered a great opportunity for a scenic break. The two bedroom and living room was a comfortable option for 5 travelers with great ocean views. The restaurant specials and accommodations to kids particular requests were some of the best meals we had all trip. Great option to stay when traveling through Durban King Shaka International Airport.」
