「入住体验非常棒，前台接待会说中文，虽然我会英语，但还是直接与我们用中文沟通，checkin手续办完后，还亲自带领我们去房间并且介绍客房设施等。房间的景色就不用多说啦，呆个几天都不嫌多。早餐也很棒。总之是非常完美的经历，下次有机会还会再去。交通的话最方便是自驾，如果是做火车去沃韦，下车后需要走15分钟到上山小火车车站，坐到山顶即可。如果行李较重，可以建议酒店安排收费车辆接送，非常方便。」

「Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather...

「We stayed here for only one night but it was so cosy and clean, we really enjoyed it. We were celebrating our engagement and the host upgraded our room to a lake view to congratulate us. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was big and spotless. The hosts were very friendly and tried to make everything as hassle-free as possible and offered to book us a table at the onsite restaurant. 「Superb hotel in a great location. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel very much at home. To give an example, one evening we brought takeaway pizza back to the hotel for dinner as all the restaurants were full - not only were the staff happy to let us eat in the bar in front of the fire, they even brought out plates and cutlery!」
