「We have been put initially in a smelly room, but later we asked to move to a different room. However, we cannot stand the quality and cleanliness of the room. Although, it’s newly refurbished, the room still not completely finished - hanging electric cables, dusty and dirty closest, and no windows. We only stayed for 30 minutes and left the hotel. My reservation is for two nights, and we got a refund for a night. 」

「Pillowcase had stains, toilet bowl was worst than a public toilet. The toilet paper was soaking wet. Couldn't take a shower because the handle came off and fell on the floor. Furniture in the room was dusty, the window curtains were with stains. I think this says enough.」
