"We have been put initially in a smelly room, but later we asked to move to a different room. However, we cannot stand the quality and cleanliness of the room. Although, it’s newly refurbished, the room still not completely finished - hanging electric cables, dusty and dirty closest, and no windows. We only stayed for 30 minutes and left the hotel. My reservation is for two nights, and we got a refund for a night. "

"The bathroom was filled with a previous person’s hair. I asked to clean it and left the room for the cleaner’s convenience for one hour, but upon my return, the bathroom was still dirty. They suggested that we changed room so I had to pack up again my stuff. It was nearly impossible to leave the hotel because there was mud everywhere.
