The location of the hotel is great- a very short walk to the train station and the gondola. "

We hadn’t booked breakfast but they gave us a complimentary coffee and croissant as we left which was much appreciated "

"Perfect location right next to the ski train going to Kleine Scheidegg and a cable car going to Mannlichen. Amazing spa with warm sea water pool fuul of water jet massage spots, hamam, sauna, dipping pools, and an ice water plunge bucket. Breakfast choices are a bit repetitive, but plentiful. "

"Amazing spa, but disappointing room versus the photos. 2 star quality, 3 at best. The hotel itself is old. Twin room with single beds pushed together sold as a standard double, taxi service was late, parking arrangements didn't appear to be well coordinonated. Staff friendly however. "
