"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It is not worth saving money, you will be miserable. The customer service is terrible - you can tell the ranch hands don’t like that there are guests and everyone was rude except Abe who helped us out with our heat in the wagon after we FROZE in 28° the first night. The “blankets” are pitiful and the king size blanket doesn’t even cover the bed. We asked for extra and they said no, straight up. They would not refund or provide any compensation. The bathrooms are absolutely ABYSMAL. The floors are falling through and nothing has been replaced or cleaned in years and the staff DOES NOT CARE. There is poop literally everywhere, including in a truck bed outside our wagon for 2 days straight. We will never stay here again and will be contacting any regulating agency possible to help others avoid this mistake. This business should not be in operation."
