"This property is very unique. The food in the main restaurant was delicious. The rooms had walls that were paper thin. We had an early morning fishing trip planned, so I ended up turning on a fan that was inside the room to drown out the noise of the people staying next to us who were up talking, watching TV, going in and out of the room. Beds were comfy and bedding wonderful. Our check in time was 4pm - we arrived at 3pm hoping we could get into our room. We were not able to so we walked the property which was very nice and ended up leaving to go into Jackson instead of waiting around. There was not one guest at the hotel at the time when wanted to get an early check in-the lot was empty so I was surprised that there was not one room that they were willing to release an hour early. This was a little frustrating as we had been on the road driving for so long and just wanted to settle in and rest before dinner. In my experience, even when there is a guaranteed check in time, if the room is ready, the host (hotel/motel, cabin) will let you check in early."
