「Housekeeping didn’t clean my room my last day. The TV or remote in my room didn’t work. The dinner food was mediocre for the price charged. Other than those comments, the staff was excellent.」

「对于滑雪的人，这个酒店地理位置是最好的。但是不满意的是，酒店明明有两层的停车位，却不让住宿的客人停车，客人必须把车停在很远的地方，要走路十分钟再回到酒店。你可以使用Valet 停车，但你需要为此多付$35/天，但事实上，Valet的停车场就在酒店的停车场！即使是在淡季，没有什么客人了，到处都是空的停车位，他们也不会让你停车，你必须停在最远的停车场！我们住了三天，每天$1000 ，居然没有room service，我们专门请求room service，可是还是没有，他们只是送过来一些毛巾而已。我们打电话想要order foods，可是没人接电话，打了很多遍，也没人接电话。最后，晚上出门一定要小心，因为有狼，就在门口溜达，每天晚上。」

「The condo was in a good location, short uphill walk to base area. It was possible to ski part of the way down to it. Excellent communication from the owners. Excellent snow management in and around the property. A large bed and a bunk bed were on the lower floor which was accessed via narrow spiral staircase. A little difficult getting ski gear/bags up and down but doable. 」

「Decent condition. Staff is mainly high school teens that don’t understand the hospitality industry. Housekeeping only comes to clean after you move out. No mini fridge unless you request it. I ended up moving to a national franchise which was about the same price. 」
