Something you should know - There is the main road in the valley that is rt next to the facility/rooms and is heavily used with lots of vehicles and transport trucks which made the room rather annoyingly noisy. Your sitting on the balcony looking at the river and beautiful grounds and the consistent vehicle noise is a bummer. Bring your ear plugs」

「I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the customer service. When I arrived, the front desk staff were basically unresponsive. I waited quite a while before anyone acknowledged me, and throughout the interaction they barely looked at me or seemed interested in helping. The room appeared fairly clean, but there was a strange, unpleasant odor. Yeah, overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service completely overshadowed the stay. I would not recommend this hotel...
