「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「I had a wonderful experience staying at this rental apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, but still quiet and relaxing. The host was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. 「Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. Ma non è un grosso problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le piazzole dove ho visto posteggiati...

「The location was great for us, as we wanted to be near the train station to do day trips. The free shuttle bus to Gardaland and Movieland also depart from the station. There is also a good pizzeria nearby (Sosta&Gusta), Penny supermarket, and gelateria. Staff at check-in was very kind. The apartment was quite comfortable for a one week vacation with kids. The swimming pool is a great plus in summer (we recommend to bring arm floaties if you have small children who don't know how to swim, because...

「Ich reise wirklich ziemlich viel und war schon in vielen wunderbaren Hotels und Unterkünften, das Zimmer im Palazzo Negri war mit Abstand das schönste, in dem ich je war.
