Absolutely excellent location and wonderful property. Luigi is a wonderful host and makes things easy. The instructions emailed to you before were simple and easy to follow. Wonderful area of the city within g walking distance of everything. Cannot say enough good about this place!

What a great property this is - and in such a fantastic location, walkable to all attractions, bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops - everything you need for a stay in Verona! We had the ensuite room, and there is a gorgeous shared lounge with tea and coffee, and a shared kitchen (very convenient) and a private balcony and a shared balcony too. It was very quiet, a real respite after a busy day sightseeing. The owners are highly responsive too, and kindly let us stow our bags there on our last day as we weren't heading to the airport until around 7 - very convenient! If I come back to Verona, I would stay here again. It's just everything you need for a price you can afford.

The property is very well-maintained In a very walkable area close to all the attractions. The bed is very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to questions. The thing is that it was unclear from the post that I will be sharing a bathroom with another person staying in Another room. Overall, I’m happy with my stay.

Business trip as usual this month. No personal service at this hotel/apartment. Incheck and opening of the doors via internet. You have to have a loaded mobil phone otherwise you have to sleep outside. No ensuite!

This was a spacious, clean, convenient and affordable property in the heart of Verona that we stumbled upon, and I am so glad that we did!! The unit layout is modern inside a historic building with a view of the arena and the delightful Osteria Puntara just around the corner. We chose the shated bath on the recommendation of one of the earlier guests and were do pleased with the large and beautful bath that was on site. Property mates are respectful and it works out fine, sharing the living room, kitchen and bath. Make sure you do the online check-in as early as you can because that is where ALL the check-in information you'll need upon arrival comes from (Both the front door and apartment door have a code. There are keys in a coded lockbox for your room once inside the apartment). There is a very small, flat sign for Casa Vivaldi on the street so keep a sharp lookout for it. Luigi and his wife are wonderful managers, and we highly recommend
