Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. "It's hard to shower or wash your hair in either of the 2 bathrooms upstairs. There are only 2 small tubs with a handheld sprayer. You have to go downstairs to the stand up shower and for 6 people to wait for 1 shower it's a hassle. I started receiving communication from the management company while I was already traveling which was annoying, I wish it could have all been done prior to my trip.
