「Tolles Appartement, sehr gute Ausstattung. Tolle Kommunikation. Durch die Lage im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug war es mit einem großen Koffer ein wenig schwer. Aktuell finden außerdem Baumaßnahmen in der Nähe des Appartements statt, was zu erhöhtem Lärm führt. Aber die Fenster isolieren gut.」

「Check in 接待櫃台時常關閉,無人駐守,22:00後便關閉.入口只有階梯,沒有斜坡進入,對於提行李的旅客很不方便.房間沒有電話,只有冬天的暖氣,沒有冷氣空調,沒有刮鬍刀,沒有牙刷,沒有室內拖鞋.照片外觀一樓是和飯店沒有關係的餐廳,這點非常誤導消費者,且晚上用餐酒客經常大聲喧嘩,令人無法安靜入睡.電視全部皆是波蘭語的節目,完全沒有BBC,CNN等英文頻道,非常不方便.」

Mieliśmy pokój od strony ulicy ale kompletnie nic nie było słychać, nie było również słychać innych gości hotelowych jak zamykali drzwi czy rozmawiali, było po prostu spokojnie i cicho co można było po długiej podróży odprężyć się i spokojnie móc spędzić. Pokój hotelowy posiada wszystko co potrzebne(mam na myśli środki do higieny, grzebień , kapcie nawet deska do prasowania co w żadnych innych hotelach w Niemczech, we Włoszech nie widziałam. 「Staff are friendly, room is artly decorated. Breakfast is delicious. Candy is very sweet too…a perfect experience to live in a hotel warmly welcomed.」

「Easy check in and check out, staff were very friendly. Apartment was easy to access with a coded door to the building. Everything you could need was in the apartment and it was very clean. Location was great, not too close to the busy areas but close enough to be within walking distance. Tram station and bolt/lime scooters opposite the complex. Highly recommend staying here.」

「We only stayed one night, but the location was brilliant - so close to the main square - and the room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recomend and stay here again and were pleased with the value for money. 」

"The location is good, about 10 mins walk to the railway station. The reception lady was helpful, she helped get a fan as we said the room was hot. She also forwarded our comment quickly to the management. Unfortunately, the room had a critical problem that the shower head had some black dirt occasionally. We reported this issue via email and attached a photo of the dirt on the floor, but the management just said they couldn't find any problem. Last night we also stayed in Traffic Hotel in Wroclaw, that was good experience, so we had high expectation on this hotel in Poznan as well, but the contrast was so obvious. It's quite disappointing."
