Calm and ambient

The hotel has a good and calm ambience. The surroundings are well equipped with a lot of options for eating and drinking. And the hotel room was with ample space and nice interior. Spa facilities are just next to the reception building - and a lavender massage was the perfect treatment after a long day of walking in Poznan.

Nice winter weekend

Nice hotel with good amentities and proper service. Great location, a lot of restaurants in the area, so everyday you can try different food. We had very nice stay.

Rooms are large and everything is within walking distance, including grocery stores and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel (Cucina 88) is very nice with great food and prices.

Good place in Poznan, nice infrastructure with room for improvement on maintainance- missing plank in sauna for 3 weeks, not original L’Occitane gel in the swimming pools. But the breakfast ist great and Cucina restaurant amazing. For me still only one 5* hotel is the one in Polanica Zdrój.

Great service, fantastic atmosphere!

Excellent service, super check in - we were upgraded die free, our little daughter got a gift. Rooms are beautiful, we also love the swimming pool and spa area. What's best tough is the neighborhood, the great restaurants and bars around.

Amazing Stay With Zero Complaints

Hands down, one of the best hotel stays I've had in some time. Service was top notch, the room was great and spacious. The adjacent spa and gym were fantastic with lots of options, and even the location was great. Would 10/10 stay here again.

I came to Poznań with my son to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is really nice, and even though it was fully booked, it was quiet. We had a deluxe apartment located in the main building. The swimming pool and saunas are real gems. I truly enjoyed it. We had a night meal at the nearby Mexican restaurant, and it was 5*. I also visited a whiskey bar and had some crafted gins. The service there was outstanding. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I'm in Poznań next time.

Well maintained, beautiful Hotel. From the first look from the street, you would never expect what's behind the security gates. Everything in walking distance, boasting 11 onsite restaurants, Whiskey bar, Casino x2..High end shopping and so much more. I highly recommend this Hotel in Poznan.
