「We stay at this hotel at least twice a year. The food is amazing, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We've been coming here for the past 10 years, and Tirio is always fantastic. Isabel at the pool bar was particularly helpful. The only thing I can fault is the lunchtime opening hours and the queue to get food. Perhaps you could consider extending the lunchtime to, say, 13:30-15:30 to help prevent the current rush hour.」

「We arrived early and the receptionist kindly offered to take our bags until check in. On check in we were offered a glass of bubbly which was a nice gesture, check in was seamless and the hotel layout was explained well, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the bed and pillows were lovely. The room was cleaned daily and the staff we came across were very pleasant. There’s a cafe and bar at the hotel which we went to every...
