"Very Comfortable"

"The room was excellent except the there was no shampoo so I used 2 pumps of the shower gel to wash my hair & then the gel was empty when I wanted to wash my body. I found a housekeeper in the hall she gave me shampoo & said they would bring shower gel. They never did "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was very clean and quiet and the bed was so comfortable I overslept! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome even recommending their favorite dishes from the attached Mexican restaurant. We really loved the pool and just hanging out at the pool patio in the evening. My husband was able to keep up with his workout routine in their large fitness center which was great. There was even a free breakfast in the morning. If you need to be in the Cleveland area, choose this hotel!"
