At 2 am the fire alarm went off excessively for reasons unknown. Tried to call the front desk to ask why but never got an answer or a call back. ..."

"It was terribly dirty. And they charge a linen fee. And you're not allowed to ask questions, or you get kicked out. The worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Was promised a refund for 2 of my 3 days. And it's been two weeks and haven't gotten nothing."
