I waited a long time to get my room, and the room was not cleaned very well. There were spiders everywhere. The pool is not always in service. It should be open from 10 AM to 10 PM. But on the last day, the kids wanted to swim, but the guy said it would be available at 3 PM, and we were leaving. On the first day, we were swimming, and the lifeguard said he would take a break.

There was no ventilation in washrooms... its hard when there are 2-3 people in room and they have to use washroom, And its not meintioned in the description of the hotel. We arrived at hotel around 4pm but still the rooms were not ready and we have to wait to for atleast 30 mint. Breakfast is also not included in room charges ... its $25 for a person which is expensive.

We ordered a room with 2 queen beds instead of we got a room with a bed and sofa that was uncomfortable. Moreover the room was not prepared, no bedding , blankets and pillows for the kids. At the beginning the staff updated that due to overbooking of the hotel they don’t have bedding , blankets and pillows. Only after a help from the supervisor we could get the staff. We had to wait more than a hour

Al llegar encontré que no tenía habitación y que debía ir a otro hotel, esperé más de una en recepción hasta que solucionara este problema, llegué a la habitación y todo estaba sucio. No me gustó, quiero que me den la devolución del dinero de la habitación

I had worst experience in this hotel in my life. I had to change 3 rooms in my two night stay. Hidden parking charges - I booked through Expedia. I booked here because It offered me free parking. But the receptionist said I need to pay $15 per night. I agreed because there is no information about parking in my itinerary. First Room ⁃ Toilet wasn’t working (called maintenance 3 times, they only switched our room after we requested it) ⁃ Unable to connect to WiFi ⁃ Towel had neon yellow stains on it Second Room ⁃ Smaller than first room ⁃ Dirty floor ⁃ Fingernail on nightstand ⁃ Some of the lights didn’t work ⁃ Sink wouldn’t drain Third Room ⁃ Bathroom lock didn’t work ⁃ Some of the lights didn’t work ⁃ Extra sticky floor that clearly hadn’t been cleaned (used a towel to mop, towel looked black after) ⁃ Residue on countertops (including yellow substance) The surrounding of the hotel is dirty especially in the back side. My recommendation.. do not spend about $200 per night plus parking in this hotel. This hotel is a mess.

Even though under renovation we were so tired and thankful to get a clean quiet room. The pool area was surreal also. Great attentive staff thanks guys!

First & foremost, the property was under renovations. This should have been listed on the site. We got to the hotel at 2:30 (we know that check is was 3:00) I had to ask the front desk to check and see if there were any rooms available for check in early. No washroom available near the lobby; the downstairs men's washroom was dirty & not for public use. We were hesitant to even check in but I asked to see the room and it was renovated & clean.

The reception area was lovely and pool area. However, we had a pet and our room was at the very back of the building. The back door entry was not locked. You did not have to use your room key to get in. It felt unsafe because our room was very close to this door. The wifi was not working. I called the front desk to let them know. I was told someone would come up to fix it but they didn’t. We had to use our own cellular data! I also was charged $30 for 2 vehicles for parking. I understood that it was FREE self parking?

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I was travelling for work so I only needed a place to sleep and I have very happy with the room and how large and comfortble it was. I was put in one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not. the washroom was clean but the shower made a lot of weird sounds. Lots of storage and room in general. The staff was friendly, the guests were mostly families or other people on business but overall it was pretty quiet. The gym was not pretty but it had the essentials. overall I think it's a great hotel for the price if you need to be near the airport/ st Laurent industrial area.

Tout était correcte. Par contre, nous avons été déçu de la température de l'eau de la piscine.. elle était vraiment très froide nous n'avons pas pu en profiter..
