Our room was nice and clean, we loved the huge exotic shower in our room and we had a view of the Saint Lawrence and a perfect view of the Olympic Stadium, the staff was excellent and very welcoming and the restaurant in the hotel was great for breakfast

The reviews are bad and mentioned the place reeking smell of smoke which we did not encounter during our stay and the room we stayed was the cheapest yet the room itself was recently painted and the sheets were clean unlike what was mentioned in the reviews. But yes, the building is old and looks shady but other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

At Checking We were greeted very nicely, got in the room was nice and spacious and was nice and quiet night sleep. The next morning we had breakfast in the restaurant and was great tasting homeslyle breakfast for a decent price and good service. I do recommend if your looking for a nice decent motel at a decent price.

The check in & check out are pretty simple. It is a motel renovated into a "hotel", therefore most of the condition are still in its motel level. My room is at third floor and obviously no elevator for that. And the room is pretty simple despite the price. My room is actually cleaner than I think. The area is quiet and peaceful.

This is a 2-star motel (albeit it says Hotel). Great for a pitstop (and lower cost). However, the rooms, despite being smoke free, due to the doors opening to the outside, it is clear alot of smoke comes back in rooms, or guests "smoke" in the doorway. In my case, there were still glasses of water with cigarette butts by the street door, that smelled - and only adds to the problem with wanting to air out your room. The service was great... but the property is definitely in bad shape. And then layer on the cleaning product smells, mixed with smoke, and it is quite unpleasant. Great water pressure for showers, despite the handle very loose and delicate to control the temperature...

Never again. There was blood in various places in the room. Smoke free rooms where not smoke free rooms. When concerns were brought to staffs attention, they didnt beleive or rectify the issue. We left the same day that we checked in. Do not recommend.

Bathroom not well cleaned, lot of hairs in the bathroom. Glass panel dirty, floor shower dirty, ceramic wall not well clean lot of black spots. When called, the manager didn't even bother to apologize, he just try to clean and said if were are not satisfied we can live and that was at around 9 pm after check in.

This was the worse place i stayed at. Stained comforter. J asked for a refund, bit tjey do not give one, so we cjanged rooms, and the bedding was cleanish, but the room was falling apart
