The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Old Montreal, making it so easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the area. The staff were super excellent, incredibly welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. We honestly loved everything about this property and can't wait to come back!

This location is excellent, many walkable cafés nearby. The apartment is secure and quieter than expected. Fantastic to have the use of a full kitchen, much appreciated and is the reason I chose this property.

Had no wifi all my stay. It was bumbering all the time not even tv i can put something on because of no wifi ! Windows were very dusty n havespider webs . They should clean the glass to atleast see outside . So dirty glass that u cant even see the view. Towels were not clean .

Excellent location….centrally located to everything plus magical feel next to Basilica. We rented 3 rooms super apartment….kitchen was nice and bathrooms and rooms. I only found that 1 bedroom didn’t have vent and was warm at night so needed portable fan, which we bought, and the WiFi was very choppy so difficult watching movies. Otherwise everything was great. Highly recommended

Luggage rack addition — A luggage rack in the bedroom off the hallway would be very helpful, as there isn’t currently a bureau or other surface for a suitcase. Extension‑cord safety — The extension cord in this same bedroom is a bit of a tripping hazard. Dish‑drying setup — A dish‑drying rack in the kitchen would be useful since guests don’t always use enough dishes to run a dishwasher cycle. An extra dish towel would also be handy. Missing bathmat — There isn’t a bathmat for the bathroom connected to the bedroom off the kitchen. Electrical Outlet — The electrical outlet just outside the kitchen in the hall doesn’t seem to be working.

The place looks recently renovated from an old building and looked very clean we loved it when we entered the location was also perfect with a coffee shop next door. Two things concerning was first there were no toilet paper for both washrooms. They seem to have everything excethat one thing am guessing they forgot that critical piece. The second was the drawers in the washrooms either was broken or a bad design as once you pull it the whole thing came out. Apart from those two it was a great place

While our 2 night stay in room 501 as a family of 5 was considered excellent- the apartment was clean and equipped adequately, the building was quiet, the occasional staff we met were friendly. There are couple suggestions we would like to make: some door or wall hooks for towels in the bathrooms, improve sound proof for the first bedroom walls/ floor which is adjacent to the next apartment’s traffic area.

Updated apartment in great location. Convenient for exploring Old Montreal. Also, short walk to Metro, which is easy to use. We parked in garage in building across the square, and left the car there for our entire stay. Finding entrance to parking was tricky, but just had to be patient and go around the block. We had a two-bedroom apartment, and the one room did not have air vents. We just left the door open, and turned the AC temp down.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance during my five-night stay. The floors were extremely sticky, and after walking around the apartment for only a short time, the bottoms of my feet were black. The floor clearly had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. It was so uncomfortable that I had to purchase a Swiffer WetJet kit myself and clean the floors during my stay. In addition, the internet did not work for the entire five nights. I reported the issue and requested that it be addressed, but it was never resolved. Reliable internet is a basic expectation, especially for an apartment-style hotel and a stay of this length. The location may be convenient, but the poor cleanliness and complete lack of functioning internet significantly affected my experience.

Our unit was perfect for our family. The only problem was that the kitchen faucet was not on tight and fell off. It was still useable and was called about it the next morning. I highly recommend this place.

Usually it's not an issue but since we arrived to the property at 1am, we had to help ourselves to the building (not a real hotel but more of an apartment/condo building) — two doors with different code systems prevent unauthorized people from walking in. From a security standpoint is great, however, the second door didn't work for us, the property's staff was not available for either us (the guests) or even Expedia Support. We had to find another hotel to stay at in the middle of the night, pay $480CAD for a night that we had already paid at the property but were unable to contact anyone until after 30 minutes. The first door worked just as described, but the second door did not work for us after several attempts, until the next morning. We requested Expedia to ask the property for a partial refund and they declined. Will never go there again, and will stop using Expedia for reservations.

The apartment was perfect. Very spacious/clean and comfortable. Directly in the center of old town/walk to everything in minutes: liquor store, groceries, restaurants, bars, bakeries, souvenirs, attractions all in a minutes walk. An absolute perfect location for a tourist.
