The lights in the room were weird. Only one light over bed was on a separate circuit. For instance to use the washroom at night- all the light in room were on.

This hotel was amazing. We came in to town for a family event. The staff was very accommodating. They had an excellent small restaurant in the lobby for breakfast. Super delicious. The service staff there were amazing and so kind. My family really appreciates your hard work and dedication to providing impeccable service.

This was the absolutely worst stay I have ever had! The beds were not comfortable and to top it off my Truck was stolen in the parking lot! The officer I gave my statement too said that he gets calls for thefts at this place at least twice a week!!! Go somewhere else!!!

I was surprised by a lifeguard session of 20 people in the pool late Sat afternoon. Not very relaxing. Also sauna was not working and whirlpool was inadequate. I did like the desk services and restaurant availability. My room was fantastic.

For us it was a covenient location between Hudson and the West Island. There is a shopping mall with a supermarket less than 5 minutes away and the hotel is close to Ste Anne de Bellevue which has many restaurants.
