"A short drive from Collegetown and the main Cornell Campus, this hotel is a fine stay for families visiting Ithaca. The breakfast is limited to eggs and a rotating selection of meats, as well as the usual waffle and cereal stations, but there is a grocery store and gas station within walking distance for those that would prefer more options. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, staff were polite and helpful, and there is a large parking lot available. I would gladly stay here again."

"Didn't keep reservations and tried to blame it on anything but their failure. Would rather argue than make it right. Property was dirty and worn, pool was permanently closed so that's untrue. Avoid at all costs "

"The Inn was delightful and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Rose Suite, which was spacious and well appointed. Comfortable beds, terrific shower. The restaurant and some amenities weren’t available because it was late March so off-season, but the grounds are beautiful and the breakfast was very good with excellent variety for continental. The falls are immediately past the Inn, an easy, short hike. "

"We were there during off season. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant wasn't open but I bet it's beautiful when open. The room was great, newly renovated and the balcony goes out back with a beautiful view of the lake. I bet it looks even more gorgeous in the summer/fall. It was contactless service so we didn't see any staff. "

"Parking was great right in front of your room, the property is aged, but the rooms were clean air-conditioning and heating worked. We needed both on our trip lol. The staff was very kind and worked with me before the trip to modify my reservation even when Expedia was making it difficult minor challenge they said breakfast was served at 7 AM and when I got there at 7:15, nobody was in the lobby, which put a crimp in our schedule. I believe they didn’t show up until around 7:45. That’s a minor thing, however, keep that in mind if you’re on a tight schedule.
