This visit I couldn’t help but notice that she is now in a Hostess role, for which I’m not surprised, and as in 2019 was just fantastic in looking after my needs during my stay with great kindness. An absolute joy to be in her presence and the Hotel is extremely fortunate to have her. Until the next time take care Kanima. John."
