The property offers nothing, was even told I needed to wash hotel towels myself. I reserved a king size bed with sofa bed room, and ended up with a queen size bed only room at the same price...I believe that this was unfair due to the price difference when reserving rooms. Only one burner worked on the stove. This was the first hotel that I've experienced that don't provide a iron, hair dryer, broom, trash bags. Other than Staff being polite, this was the worst stay that I've ever had. If anyone plan on staying here you better be prepared to furnish anything you think you might need to make your stay comfortable, because InTown Suites offers NOTHING.

It’s good for the price but the windows and doors aren’t properly sealed so I had bugs and a lizard enter during my stay. It also functions more like apts so the weekly cleaning doesn’t include clean towels (you have to wash them yourself) and the front desk hours are strange, making it difficult to get anyone on the phone at times. It works for what I needed but it’s definitely not for all travelers.

There is a rooster (no joke) that walks around the parking lot around 4-5am everyday that crows for 30 minutes or more straight-- very loudly. My room was not updated like the pictures show, old beds, nasty carpet ugly repainted cabinets etc.., not very clean( i bought Lysol for everything and wore flip flops in the shower) You get 2 towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and you cannot get more no matter how long you stay. Just a note i was not aware how "extended hotels" work so that is my ignorance if they all work the same way so ask before you book. There is NO cleaning/maid service,trash pick up, No blow dryer, iron, dishes, utensil, clothes hangers, breakfast/coffee or anything not even an ice tray in the freezer. The cabinets were repainted with a stain that splashed all over the white walls that at first we thought was blood. These places are meant i guess for a blue collar worker in town for a job just needing a place to rest. This is NOT for a vacation. ONLY plus It was cheaper and close by friends that we visiting. It did have a full size frig and we did not see any bugs. So overall as they say you get what you pay for.

Well the stay was awesome I mean your not going to get the space comfort you have everything you have on a reg motel just bigger and more of it and reasonable rates frfr there is nowhere that compares if you go by rates and space

Lobby closes at 7 pm. Had to call off premises attendent to check me in at 9 pm. Had to use cell phone light to read and sign paperwork outside. Would not open lobby. Also, had to leave key in room at 7am departure. Lobby not open till 11am. Room was okay. Bed spread "dated." Bathroom sink and shower both "drip." Could not shut completely off. I wanted inexpensive and basically thats what I got. Okay, but could have been better. Hotel directed more to long term guests, not 1 nighters.

Dirty Room

The room was dirty. The carpet was nasty and the room smelled like smoke even though I booked a king size non smoking room. The sink in the bathroom was dirty it looked like someone spit on the faucet and it was never wiped off. There was no water pressure to take a shower.

Absolutely disgusting: Bed Bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I had checked in to the InTown Suites 5/11, checked out on 5/12. I was told that there isn't anybody on site on Sunday, to leave my key in the room and someone would come by to collect them. After checking out, my right arm from my wrist to my elbow was extremely irritated and itchy. Monday morning you could see a line of bed bug bites going down my arm (I have pictures). I have been trying since Monday to reach the property directly and cannot get in touch with anybody.

The room was gross. Bugs, hairs, weird smells. I don’t recommend this place at all! It just felt so dirty. The outside area was absolutely gross as well. The buildings needed cleaned and the hallways and sidewalks needed a good pressure washing! Don’t stay here!

It was the nicest hotel stay I have ever had, everything was great. Kids and grand kids are coming in March have told them about the hotel and they want to stay at hotel.

I wouldn't let my dog stay here

I have stayed here once before and the room was clean and no smell. Well this time was horrible. I reserved smoking...no smoking. The room was filthy. I went to office requested another room and I was told the room was clean and that's the only room available. Well, if 315 was cleaned Moses cleaned it. The sheets on both beds had burnt holes, comforters burnt holes, and room smell like mildew and mold. Thank GOD I bought cleaning stuff, cause I couldn't find another vacancy. I cleaned, cloroxed, and Lysoled for about 45 min to an hour. I stilI couldn't stay, I lost money that I could've spent on my grandbaby. I will never stay again or recommend Inn Town Suites in Prattville to anyone. I'd rather have stayed in my car.

This was the strangest night's visit I have ever had. Arrived, checked in, entered room...air was on 68, both tvs were blaring, very eerie feeling. Husband came in and checked out the room, everything was ok. Woke up the next morning with a Geico green creature in our window on the inside. Really!

This is not a hotel/motel, these are apartment buildings with an office that has limited office hours. I understand now that you must check in by 7pm, or you don't get a room and as of this moment I have paid for something I didn't receive and have not received word on a refund or credit for future stay. I tried stopping by the office the next day at 3pm but it was locked (on a Friday afternoon.) Just be aware if you book a stay here that you might have to contact someone to open the office during business hours, and if it is after business hours of 7pm, you are out of luck.

Worst.. Experience .. Ever

Had a last minute trip to Montgomery. All my typical hotels were booked so I found this place, pictures looked ok so I booked it. I arrived at about 8:30 after a long day, and after some driving around I find it. So, I pulled in and walked to the office. Posted on the door was a " we close at 7 pm" sign and call this number. So, ok I called this number and it went to voicemail, and I got a text back that said "I can't talk right now, I'll call you back shortly". Um ok. So by that time a gentleman walks over to me with a paper in hand and I tell him who I was and that I made reservations via Orbitz. He did not have me on his list and he walked around the back and a lady walks out, who I believe was the GM. She told me they close at 7. I told her I had a prepaid Orbitz reservation for this evening. She replied that she ran the reservations from Expedia and one other site (I do not remember the name but it was NOT Orbitz ) and I was not listed. I was truly dumbfounded they were closed, after all they are a hotel? I was told they were an EXTENDED STAY hotel. Well to me that means they have kitchenettes. To them it means we close at 7pm. I explained again that I had prepaid thu Orbitz and she responded they are closed, computers are shut down and if it was not for a computer glitch she would not have even been there this evening. I asked " so what am I supposed to to?". The response was the same. We close at 7pm. Wow, just Wow. So I had to find another place.
