"So I had the most wonderful interactions with Robert and Starr. Consummate professionals. I am a VIP platinum member of Expedia and I’ve probably stayed at something like 500 hotels around the world, something like that? Because I am one of the more important mean biologist on the planet. However, there was somebody at the front desk, and Robert mentioned that he gets about three complaints per week about this guy. I think his name is Shriam, in any case, he was horrible. Robert was super sweet and super kind and loaned me his lighter a couple of times. And this guy attacked me for asking Robert to borrow his letter, even though we had an established connection and relationship and he didn’t mind whatsoever. He also called me a racist. my wife is an Indonesian. A lot of my best friends are from Costa Rica, Japan, Kenya, Tanzania. I’m the least racist person in the world. This guy is just a jerk. And he has a serious attitude problem. And he needs to be fired. In fact if he’s not. You can expect a very very serious lawsuit. And even on biologist. I started a company in 2013 that’s not worth $120 million. So I can bring the fire."

"This Best Western was very nice and well maintained. The rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay at this location again. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated—having it a bit warmer would have been a nice touch."

"The property itself is nice. However I am unclear as to why my room was placed right behind a big reception hall that was so loud I finally asked to be moved. The staff gave varying information about when the event was done. I then was moved to a queen when I reserved a King. No partial refund yet. As for the breakfast what a disaster. The waiter didn’t know if we had to pay and was visibly annoyed when I asked for a croissant. The food was picked over and the area was messy and dirty. We informed the waiter we would leave. Also it’s lame you are charged for internet."

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Can't say the same for the breakfast attendant. She was rather rude and cranky. There were loud occupants on our floor. Not the fault of the hotel. Just inconsiderate people being loud in the hallway at 730 am"
