「The issue we had was we requested three times the bed linens and pillows for the pull out sofabed. We never received them. Imagine trying to sleep with nothing on the bed. This definitely left us feeling dissatisfied with the experience. 」

「Just a bad stay all around man. We arrived after a maybe 5-6 hour road trip driving due to traffic. We arrived very tired, I had booked a room with 2 queens. They had no rooms available with 2 queens. Hilton nor Expedia reached out to tell me before I made this booking. I had remembered at booking there was a junior suite that atleast had a coach for me to sleep on and a bed for my 2 daughters.
