Great staff however it’s in an area where there is a lot of loud music. If you are there for work this isn’t the place to stay. Staff made it a great place to stay, everyone was great

This is our second stay here. It’s a great hotel but finding your way into the mall where it is can be tricky, as can finding a parking space in the underground parking garage. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. It’s also pet friendly, one of the only ones in the area.

The hotel is one of my favorites due to how luxurious it is while also being 100 ft from the mall. They have stores like H&M and American Eagle and a huge food court as well as other restaurants right at walking distance. You have to pay for parking time but if you just Uber around then it's amazing.

The hotel is in a great location- no shortage of food and beverage options. The room is extremely comfortable! The mattresses are uncommonly comfortable. Very few hotels that I have stayed in have mattresses that you can actually rest comfortably on- but this hotel’s mattress was quite comfortable as well as the pillows. Over all, great experience!

The hotel is located in the same property as a large shopping mall. The proximity to the mall was good for any shopping and dining that you need. Being on top of the mall led to lots of noise. The restaurants and clubs played loud music until midnight; even on the sixth floor, it was easily heard through the windows. This was on a Sunday evening. The hallways smelled strongly of fried food. This was the same morning and night. The breakfast was limited, but there aren't any other nearby options since the mall-based restaurants aren't open for breakfast hours. The hotel isn't conveniently located for anything except the shopping malls. The price was decent, but there are similarly priced places in Monterrey with better locations.

Starting off with the front staff definitely a culture shock They treat you as if they don’t need your service No greeting upon arrival you I had to initiate introduction Attitude is horrible I will definitely Never stay here again Beds are very stiff my back is hurting tremendously Overall area is ok at night time restaurants and live music
