This Hotel is perfect. Right in Downtown MonterreyThe staff is very friendly and professional. Parking is for compact cars only, but I drive a compact so no complains here.

The hotel is comfortable and good. Staff are is attentive and helpful. This time around there was human hair on the pillows when husband and I were going to sleep upon arrival @ 4 am so I guess bed was not changed after previous guest. I hope quality of clealiness and service does not decline as time goes by. This hotel is very accesible to my needs. We do enjoy staying here.

The room had no window. The staff were nice, especially the dining room waiter. The hotel is not as close to Macroplaza as we had hoped.

This place was good nice and clean for what it's worth and trust me it's worth it dirty jacuzzis can kill the night quick but this place was good and not for nothing my wife left her wedding rings in the room after we left and we called 2!hours after we left and the had the rings at the desk so there are some honest people in the world in Chicago where I'm from they would have been stolen for sure!!!! So thanks ladies for being honest and giving them back I recommend this hotel

Very nice place with all the needed amenities. Central in the city. Close to city bus station. Comfortable, secure, enjoyable. Good food. Inexpensive.

Place was ok but the rating on Expedia is totally wrong you could hear everything from other rooms and it was very dark not a lot of light in room or hallways I had no towels. I do have to recognize it was very clean and the staff was friendly.
