「We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there. The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!! On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water...

「Our trip started off on a bad foot when we walked into the room and there were two house centipedes in the bathroom. The hotel immediately changed our room to another one on the ground floor, however we paid for a room 20m2 and received one closer to 13m2 - right in front of where the 24 hour ferries dock and take off. Not only was the room noisy (unless the air con was blasting), we woke up to another house centipede crawling on the ceiling (see photo). Since it was high season and casa del...
