「Such a lovely stay at this hotel. Had everything you needed and the staff were super helpful. Was also rare for a hotel in the area to have your private swim spot like Heritage does.」

「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft.
Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub.
Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...

「Very good, modern, clean and good located hotel. Staff was friendly and worried about making our stay fine and easy, specially Tea, at front desk.
Great breakfast .
If you don’t care about luxury but want to stay in a good place, I strongly recommend it.」
