「The apartment was not the cleanest & we had no hot water for two days. After trying several times to numbers that were not in service or no one answered we finally got ahold of someone at the management company who sent over a serviceman to fix the problem. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom most of the time not sure where it was coming from possibly the drains. The building itself was very tired & not clean inside or out would have been nice to use the pool but didn’t feel comfortable...

「Ich bin nicht der Freund von so großen Hotels aber dieses war wirklich toll. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk mit direktem Meerblick. Der Balkon war ein Traum. Das Zimmer war großzügig und lies keine Wünsche offen. Bett war bequem ,es war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat. Es war sauber umd das Personal war freundlich. 「The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space.
