The hotel location is super convenient, right next to the bus stop and elevators."

Additionally staff were helpful w/ bus tickets and information. "Old town" is quite a ways up the hill and worth every step. Pleasant gardens are also nearby."

Room was impeccably clean with daily cleaning service. This was our second time here and we are hoping to return to this authentic Tuscany resort. You will likely not find a better place to stay at in Tuscany."

The spa is so lovely and relaxing, and reasonably priced. Breakfast spread is lovely and served fairly late into the morning. Walkable to multiple delicious restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Tuscany."
