「We had a bit of a rocky start during our stay. First we had to wait for our room to be ready. To my surprise, the superior double room that I booked was much smaller than both the photo and description on the hotels.com website. When I went to questioned the front desk about it, I was told I had the correct unit booked! There were larger rooms on the website for less $!! Later we found out the a/c unit wasn't cooling off, front desk was called and informed the problem was with the third floor...

「The building & room was in excellent condition. The service was friendly & attentive. The breakfast was had good variety & fresh buns. The only strange thing was the shower & toilet stalls in the room weren’t completely private. They both had frosted glass doors which didn’t extend fully to the ceiling so you can hear when someone was using the toilet and we had to let each other know when we were showering so we could step in & out of the shower with some privacy. Perhaps it’s a European...

「A estadia começou bem no check in, com o funcionário Elvis mas depois foi uma sequência de problemas. Percebi que no quarto só haviam 02 travesseiros e solicitei mais 02 onde houve uma resistência para resolver com alegação que o hotel estava cheio (funcionários da parte da tarde) e foi resolvido. Quando experimentei o colchão constatei que era de péssima qualidade,nem um hotel 02 estrelas ofereceria tal colchão, ou seja uma noite mau dormida. E para finalizar não havia nem bidé ou ducha...
