「very good」

「Sinks were clogged or slow to drain. Did not like that pool bar was closed due to private event for the price we paid and then you have to pay for parking also per day. The room was clean and new with easy access to the pool area. For the price it should include parking plus continental breakfast.」

「Great location, beautiful view and good food. The staff was very kind, especially the server with tattoos, he made us feel right at home. The restaurant was great and had many options. Overall, a great place. My only real complain is more of a warning to those staying here, it's located right next to the highway and the noise isn't an issue, it's the fact that you have to drive at least 15 minutes to get anywhere else like a store or a gas station. If you want to go back straight to the hotel...

「No room ready for us, delayed check in for 3 hours w/o notice. No extra sleepers provided after requested. Nice landscape and decoration, nice ocean front view and beach. People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . 」

「Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」

「Beautiful hotel, we got the ocean view room and loved our balcony. We eloped at the courthouse, so we needed extra space to get ready and the room was the perfect size for that. The staff was friendly and restaurant was convenient. Definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to return. 」
