「Lovely room with a beautiful view over the magnificent Tuscan countryside. Entry to the property and room very straightforward and excellent communication with the hosts. If you are travelling by car 2 parking options are offered but one is much nearer the property than the other! Also, you will need to drop luggage off at the property first as there are a lot of steps from the parking. Breakfast was good and plentiful. 」

「The room met our expectations. Fulvia welcomed us and provided all info we needed. She was lovely and the room spacious and cosy. The location was perfect for our needs and we were very pleased.」

「This accomodation exceeded our expectation. It is a well maintained, clean and beautiful accomodation in the heart of Montepulciano. The service was extrodinary. They provided instructions on parking and ZTL with perfection including restaurant reccomendations and key sights to see. However, they did not provide an iron in the rooms and only oferred to iron our clothes after midday (which is too late) - this being the only inconvenience we faced.」

「My friend and I really like the Property! We truly enjoyed the room, breakfast, heated pool, view and surrounding.... We stayed two nights in different rooms, upstairs and garden room, Bother are wonderful. The owner and staffs are super nice and helpful! I would like to come back again! Thank you」

「Great host, lovely place near Siena」

「Our stay was great, included breakfast, able to walk up, yes, lots of uphill to the Cathedral. The Campo was a bit further past the Cathedral, easy downhill walk. The host greeted us as planned, our checkin was smooth. Check out was also easy.I had trouble getting a taxi back to the train station, a communication problem. The walk was not too bad, there are escalators and moving walkways.」

「Lovely relaxation options and wonderful restaurant attached to the property! Great for a stay where you are travelling through Tuscany by car! Do not recommend travelling by public transport or taxi as it is very expensive.」

「Gute Unterkunft für den Preis. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Toller Pool mit unterschiedlichen tiefen, so dass auch Kinder mit einer Größe von 1,10 m stehen konnten und bis 1,60m Tiefe ging es. Ca 25 Minuten bis zum Strand, was vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Man hat keinen wirklichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort und kommuniziert über WhatsApp. So war es leider auch so, dass wir zu viert angereist sind und nur zwei Stühle hatten. Leider konnten auch keine weiteren besorgt...

「Agriturismo in mezzo alla natura,pulizia impeccabile,colazione eccezionale e personale cordiale.Il ristorante del B&B è di alto livello,abbiamo mangiato benissimo e speso il giusto.Consiglio ad occhi chiusi questa struttura.Torneremo di sicuro!」
